HOW TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS COURSE
For best results, alternate your days of training. If you do back flexibility on one day, do hips/hamstrings the next day and then come back to back flexibility training. Always perform the drills in Video 1,2,3 before heading into deeper backbends. You can alternately perform the drills in Video 5,6,7 on your back flexibility training days. Choose only two from these if doing all 3 feels difficult in the beginning. By week 4 you can start doing all of them. All the very best and remember that consistency is key. Above all else.
