This initiative is to spread our love for what we do with the community of Goa.

Core foundations workshop with Gilroy

Brace your core! Engage your muscles, tighten your tummy ! Ever heard these during a class or from your instructor and thought to yourself what do they even mean?!?! 

 

If so then join Gilroy on 17th of January for a core 101 workshop where he will guide you through the trainer jargon in an interactive session focused on helping you understand the most efficient way to exercise your core for functionality and what it's meant to do .

ABOUT GILROY D'SOUZA: Gilroy DSouza is a Precision Nutrition Lvl 1 Certified Coach (2014-Present). He has held a CPT certification from PTA Global (2017- 2019) and is currently pursuing one from the NASM. He was the only Certified Turbulence Trainer for Advanced Fat loss and Kettlebell Training in India (2013-2018) He also held the credential of a Functional Ageing Specialist from the Functional Ageing Institute (2015) and has been a personal trainer and functional fitness instructor since 2012.

The Inversion Blueprint – A Free Yoga Workshop with Vaibhavi

Balance isn’t just about standing on one leg—it’s about learning how to steady yourself when life wobbles.

 

In this free, all-levels yoga workshop, we’ll explore core strength, stability, and balance through a fun, progressive practice. We’ll start with gentle standing balances to wake up focus and coordination, then move into simple, effective core drills that support the spine and neck—skills you use every day, whether you’re reaching, lifting, or catching yourself from a stumble.

 

From there, we’ll play with arm balances and inversions, learning how to float or fly safely. Everything is broken down step by step, with options for every body and constant supervision, so you can explore new shapes while feeling supported and confident.

 

Expect a mix of strength, curiosity, and light-hearted challenge—where fear is met with awareness, and balance becomes both grounding and joyful.

ABOUT VAIBHAVI GAUTAM: Vaibhavi has over 5 years of teaching experience and training in various styles like Aerial, Hatha, Vinyasa & Raja Yoga. She has been delivering transformative retreats blending yoga and wellness rituals where participants can deepen their practice and rejuvenate their spirit.

Her teaching style is a vibrant blend of playful, dynamic movements paired with the stillness of traditional yoga, creating an engaging and balanced experience.
