The Air: Real retreat has been designed to explore the REAL you using the medium of movement in air. Our tools will be aerial choreography (sequences/drops) & flexibility training wherein you will develop an understanding of how to create seamless transitions while staying true to the way that YOUR body likes to move. Music & movement will be our sanctuary.

Arrive at Chiang Mai airport, where our shuttle will take you to our retreat space in Chiang Rai, about 75 minutes away.
Prerequisites to apply:
For safety reasons, we require retreat attendees to be 18 years of age and at the Intermediate Level or above with confidence in the following on hammock:

Straddle to box split

Ability to stay on the hammock for 2 mins at a time

Basic drops like staggered bullet and salto (angel drop)

Hip key or hip lock
-
Thigh hitch to hip key
All-inclusive retreat fee for 2025: $2,900 USD early bird -or- 3 part payment options available
* Fee includes: Aerial training, accommodations, meals, private shuttle to/from Chiang Mai airport & excursions
* Fee does NOT include: Flights, laundry service, alcohol & gratuity for retreat staff
