NAACH YOUTH LEADERSHIP & APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM

At Studio Naach, we believe that movement has the power not only to create artists, but also confident, compassionate, and responsible human beings.
The NAACH Youth Leadership & Apprenticeship Program has been created for long-term students who are ready to step into deeper responsibility, leadership, and personal growth within our studio community. Through this program, students will begin learning valuable life skills such as accountability, discipline, communication, teamwork, leadership, and what it truly means to care for and support others in a shared space. We see this as a beautiful bridge into adulthood — a supportive and encouraging environment where young individuals can safely explore responsibility, develop confidence, and prepare for the next phase of their lives with guidance and mentorship.
Alongside hands-on studio experience and teacher development, apprentices who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion and Work Experience Certificate from Studio Naach at the end of their apprenticeship journey.
This program is an opportunity for selected students to gain guided experience in:
-
Teaching assistance
-
Leadership development
