Studio Naach Instructor Development Program
Teaching & Leadership Opportunities at Studio Naach

At Studio Naach, teaching and leadership opportunities are offered through a structured mentorship and development pathway designed to support long-term growth, professionalism, accountability, and alignment with the values and culture of the Studio.
The Studio Naach Instructor Development Program has been thoughtfully created to provide Naach certified aerialists with the opportunity to train under experienced professional mentorship while developing the teaching, leadership, and operational skills required to become exceptional instructors. Beyond technical expertise, the program is designed to immerse participants in the culture, values, and educational philosophy that define Studio Naach.
We believe this is a pathway of mutual growth and meaningful exchange. As participants invest in learning, contributing, and growing within the Studio ecosystem, they also gain invaluable mentorship, practical experience, and leadership opportunities. Our larger vision is to cultivate a higher standard of aerial education and instruction within our country by developing skilled, ethical, and community-oriented instructors who are committed to excellence.
Our pathway is intentionally designed to gradually support individuals through mentorship, hands-on experience, operational understanding, leadership development, and meaningful contribution to the Studio ecosystem over time.
While eligible participants are welcome to apply for the Instructor Development Program, applications are carefully shortlisted, and final selection is made solely at the discretion of the Studio Director based on overall readiness and alignment with Studio Naach's values and standards. Please note that progression within the Studio ecosystem is selective and based on professionalism, contribution, readiness, long-term alignment, and the needs of the Studio.
