Earth & Air is an all immersive aerial training retreat with the sole focus on longevity. Studio Naach founder, Deboshree Roy, is opening the doors to the world to share all the practices that have helped her aerial journey both physically & spiritually. We will immerse ourselves in aerial training (silks/hammock/double hammock/spiral/triple lyra), strength training specifically catered to aerialists and restorative yoga as a critical part of recovery. Along with training we have curated some exceptional experiences that will truly showcase the spirit of Goa & it's rich heritage.

Arrive at Goa Mopa or Dabolim Airport, where our shuttle will whisk you away to our villa space in north goa, which will take approx 1 hour
