The Earth & Air Retreat

Earth & Air is a deeply immersive aerial training retreat that takes a multidimensional approach to training—balancing strength, mobility, and recovery. Studio Naach founder, Deboshree Roy, is opening the doors to the world to share all the practices that have helped her aerial journey both physically & spiritually. We will immerse ourselves in aerial training (silks/hammock/double hammock/spiral/triple lyra), strength training specifically catered to aerialists and restorative yoga as a critical part of recovery. Along with training we have curated some exceptional experiences that will truly showcase the spirit of Goa & it's rich heritage.

Location: Studio Naach, Goa with a private villa accomodation close to our studio.

Join us for an unforgettable week that will take you deeper into your training and experience Goa that goes beyond its idyllic beaches.

Your retreat experience includes:

28 hours of training - aerial hammock/aerial silks/ spiral/ double hammock + strength training + restorative yoga
Three personalised delicious meals per day
Private room with Wi-Fi
Professional Aerial Photoshoot at Studio Naach
Visit to local spice farms and other specially curated activities to soak up the culture and heritage of Goa

Arrive at Goa Mopa or Dabolim Airport, where our shuttle will whisk you away to our villa space in north goa, which will take approx 1 hour

Prerequisites to apply:

For safety reasons, we require retreat attendees to be above 18 years of age and at an intermediate level of practice with confidence in the following on hammock:

Straddle to box split
Ability to stay on the hammock for 2 mins at a time
Basic drops like staggered bullet and salto (angel drop)
Hip key or hip lock
Thigh hitch to hip key

* Fee includes: All training sessions (Aerial arts, Yoga, Strength training), private accommodations, meals, personalized photoshoot, all experiences curated by us, private shuttle to/from Dabolim/Mopa Airports

* Fee does NOT include: Flights, alcohol & massages on demand
